Location
Surf Utopia is located in the quiet community of Rancho Penasquitos, a community within the larger metropolitan city of San Diego. San Diego is located in sunny Southern California, in the great union of the United States of America.
The official name of the community is 'Rancho de los Peñasquitos'.
